Home&dry™ is a partner with EECA and if your home is built before January 1st 2000 you may be eligible to receive funding towards upgrading your home to make a better place to live.

EECA Contribution –all $ amounts are GST inclusive

Home&dry can offer all home owners an EnergyWise subsidy of up to $1300, or one-third off the cost, towards retrofitting your home with Ceiling & Underfloor insulation as well as a subsidy of $500 towards a clean heat appliance.

However, if you own the house and you are eligible for a Community Services Card (or if you’re a landlord and your tenant is eligible for a CSC) then we can offer you 60% off the cost towards retrofitting your home with Ceiling & Underfloor insulation as well as a subsidy of $1200 towards a clean heat appliance.
